Cameron Park Lake (2989 Cambridge Road) is located next to Airpark Estates. This beautiful 10 acre park is perfect for those that love to spend time on the water, whether it be fishing, boating, or swimming. There also are trails traversing the park which provide ample opportunities to explore nature and marvel at the wildlife that inhabit the area. Cameron Park even has a spot for your beloved pet to enjoy at Hacienda Park (3395 Hacienda Road), the community’s off-leash dog park   



School Districts in Cameron Park, California


Cameron Park students are educated at the excellent Buckeye Union School District. Students in kindergarten through 5th grade attend Blue Oak Elementary/Charter Montessori (2391 Merrychase Drive), which in 2016 was named a Gold Ribbon School. Camerado Springs Middle School (2480 Merrychase Drive) serves students in grades 6th through 8th. For those students in grades 9 through 12, Ponderosa High School (3661 Ponderosa Road) is located in nearby Shingle Springs. These schools offer their students incredible opportunities and promote academic excellence.
