Diane has been involved with horses all her life. Diane started riding with her father when she was 4 years old. She and her daughter Heather, have been showing horses since Heather was 4 years old. Diane has participated in just about every equestrian discipline from rodeo to dressage. She was the local 4-H horse leader and gave riding lessons. Corrently, Diane owns a horse ranch in Somerset Cal. where she raises Quarter horses. Diane recently acquired her first paint horse, a two year old she calls Quincy. Quincy is in training with Bobbie Emmons Show Horses in Plymouth Ca. Diane plans on showing Quincy in 2008 in Western Pleasure classes. Diane specializes in horse properties and El Dorado County has some of the best horse properties around. Diane's background in the equine industry greatly enhances her knowledge and sales ability helping clints with horse properties. Diane takes great pride in her ability to blend the technical nature of a real estate transaction with a personal touch. She feels it is very important to listen to her clients needs and try to find them what THEY want, not what she wants, or what is convenient to show. She specializes in Ranch Properties and sometimes travels to three different counties to find THE RIGHT ONE. Finding the right one is her challenge. It’s like fitting that final piece in a puzzle. Buying or selling a home is not something that should be left to chance and is not something you “let a friend try”. Trust the buying or selling of your home only to a professional. Accept nothing less that excellence. Diane promises results for you and communication along the way. She invites you to e-mail or call her.

Cosmetic Improvements >Selling Your Kitchen
Most buyers rate an attractive kitchen very high on their priority list when they are looking for a new home. The layout of the kitchen, the amount of counter space and storage, and the age and overall condition of the appliances are all important to them. The kitchen area is basically viewed as the center of nourishment and an important place of family interaction.
Take a discriminating look at your kitchen and consider what you can do to make it a real asset. Repair any plumbing leaks or broken appliances. Scrub the room thoroughly, paying special attention to the range and oven. Clean the refrigerator and place a box of baking soda inside to absorb odors. Simple improvements can sometimes work wonders. Hang some colorful pot holders over the stove or install a new stainless steel or copper exhaust hood. Brighten the windows with new curtains and clear all clutter off the countertops.
You don't need a brand new, high-tech kitchen to impress buyers, but do whatever you can to make your kitchen look as efficient and well-maintained as possible.
